Compass is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker in Wolverhampton to lead shifts, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality care for children with learning disabilities. You will build positive relationships, uphold safeguarding, and follow placement plans while supporting education.

Qualifications

• Must be 22 years or older (Ofsted regulation).
• NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children’s and Young People Workforce required.
• At least 2 years of experience in residential childcare.
• Valid manual driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff, supervise shifts, and oversee policies, procedures, risk assessments, and rotas.
• Ensure placement plans are followed and education is supported.
• Safeguard and welfare of each child, providing guidance to residential workers.
