Join our team as a Senior Residential Support Worker (Team Leader) in our cosy EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) children's home, where you'll be working closely with two fantastic young individuals. We're on the lookout for someone who is compassionate, resilient, and dedicated to providing nurturing care and support, whilst being able to drive and lead the team and home to success!
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe and supportive environment where our young residents can thrive and develop. From assisting with daily routines to engaging in fun activities and providing emotional support, your presence will make a world of difference in their lives.
You will take charge of the shift and ensure the home and team are running efficiently, effectively, and compliantly, whilst putting the young people at the heart of everything you do. You will be responsible for the standards within the home whilst on shift, and the organisation and delegation of the daily tasks or activities.
