  • Status: Established, with a strong track record of supporting young people successfully

Working Week and Pay
  • Hours: Condensed shifts of two days on, four days off
  • Sleeps: Included within the shift pattern
  • Salary: Up to £37,600 per annum (inclusive of sleeps)

Requirements (Non-Negotiables)
  • Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Level 3 Children & Young People Workforce (Social Care Pathway). Level 3 in Adult Social Care may be considered with relevant experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in residential children’s services or similar settings supporting young people with challenging behaviour.
  • Driving Licence: Essential (must hold a Full UK Driving Licence).
