Working Week and Pay
- Hours: Condensed shifts of two days on, four days off
- Sleeps: Included within the shift pattern
- Salary: Up to £37,600 per annum (inclusive of sleeps)

Requirements (Non-Negotiables)
- Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Level 3 Children & Young People Workforce (Social Care Pathway). Level 3 in Adult Social Care may be considered with relevant experience.
- Experience: Previous experience in residential children’s services or similar settings supporting young people with challenging behaviour.
- Driving Licence: Essential (must hold a Full UK Driving Licence).
