YourRecruit Ltd is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to join a children and young people’s home in the London Borough of Greenwich. You will lead shifts, supervise staff and help deliver safe, nurturing, therapeutic care.
You will support safeguarding, complete records, assist with care plans and participate in training and on-call duties. A Level 3 qualification, a full UK driving licence and experience with challenging behaviours are required; salary £15.50–£16.00 per hour, 40 hours
Reports to: Registered Manager
Salary: £15.50 to £16.00
Hours:40 hours per week (or as required)
Travel: Occasional

To support the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality, child-centred residential care for children and young people. The Senior Residential Support Worker will lead shifts, supervise and support the staff team, and ensure the home provides a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment that promotes positive outcomes. The role combines hands‑on care with leadership responsibilities, ensuring compliance with safeguarding, Children's Homes Regulations and organisational policies.
