Children’s home Moor Farm Cottage is recruiting for Senior Residential Support Workers! We are looking for enthusiastic, caring, and passionate individuals to become an integral part of our support team. In this role, you will support our young people and be responsible for providing compassionate care during your shifts. This role also involves supporting the Registered Manager to run a successful staff team and oversee the day-to-day operation of the home.

Moorfield House and Moor Farm Cottage are semi-rural children’s homes on the outskirts of Temple Normanton village and Calow near Chesterfield. We care for up to 9 young people aged 9-16+ exhibiting behavioral, emotional, and social difficulties, split across two homes.
Moor Farm Cottage/Moorfield House aims to replicate a caring, family environment that provides opportunities to help our young people lead positive and rewarding lives. We are looking for dedicated, caring, and passionate people to support our young people.
Previous experience working with young people exhibiting challenging behaviors is desirable but not essential. We will support you to gain and develop experience if you have the right personality. It is essential that applicants have attained or are working towards a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare. If you believe you can help us maintain our Outstanding home, please get in contact.
