Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer in Poole to handle a varied caseload of residential property matters and contribute to client development and team growth.

You will manage transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring high quality service and compliance with industry standards, while building relationships with referrers and supporting business growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' PQE (or equivalent experience).
• Strong technical expertise across residential conveyancing matters.
• Confidence managing files independently from instruction to completion.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness, including profitability, file management and service delivery.
• Proven ability to build and maintain introducer relationships.
• Ability to balance quality, volume and client expectations in a busy environment.
• Ambition and motivation to contribute to team growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters.
• Take ownership from instruction through to completion.
• Deliver an efficient service in line with Conveyancing Protocol and CQS requirements.
• Contribute to the team's financial performance and referrer engagement.
