Job summary

TSR Legal in Bristol seeks a Senior Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor to manage a varied conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion. You will mentor junior staff and work closely with the Legal Director to support the team and maintain excellent client service.

The role expects an experienced property lawyer with strong technical knowledge, capable of guiding colleagues and building lasting client relationships in a busy, professional environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' PQE or equivalent experience in residential property.
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures.
• Ability to supervise and mentor colleagues.
• Excellent communication and client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion.
• Maintain high standards of client care and long-term relationships.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and supervise when needed.
• Keep accurate client records and deadlines.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, agents and third parties.
• Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments.
