JMC Legal Recruitment is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor in Uckfield, East Sussex. You will manage a full residential property caseload with autonomy, handling transactions in a regional market with quality client care.

You should have 5+ years’ experience, be commercially aware, well-organised, and capable of managing cases with minimal supervision. A supportive, merit-based environment and agile working options are offered.

Qualifications

• Residential property lawyer with at least five years’ experience.
• Commercially aware, organized with strong client communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full residential property caseload from instruction to post-completion.
• Handle freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions.
• Provide guidance to junior colleagues and support staff within the Uckfield office.
