Job summary

eNL Legal Recruitment is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor with 4+ PQE in the West Midlands to join a forward-thinking team. You will manage your own caseload from instruction to completion, handling freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions.

The role emphasizes clear client communication, liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors, and provides genuine career progression in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in residential property.
• Ability to manage own caseload in a busy environment.
• Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing.
• Excellent client care and communication.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for a varied residential property caseload, managing matters from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Manage remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Deal with new build and shared ownership transactions.
• Provide clear, practical advice and maintain excellent client relationships.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to progress transactions.
