Qualifications

• Experience managing your own caseload from instruction to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold matters
• Manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, brokers and other third parties
• Providing a high level of client care and maintaining strong professional relationships
• Progressing transactions efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and AML requirements
