Job summary

FindCore is assisting a leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy to recruit a Project Director or Associate Director for residential delivery in Manchester. You will lead complex, new-build residential and student accommodation projects, taking ownership of programmes, budgets and governance while coordinating the building safety gateway process with clients and specialist consultants.

Qualifications

Proven leadership of residential construction projects.
Experience delivering student accommodation developments.
Experience taking projects through the building safety gateway process.
Ability to translate technical advice into clear delivery actions.
Professional accreditation (RICS/APM/CIOB) preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead new-build residential and student accommodation projects from feasibility to handover.
Own project delivery including programmes, budgets, quality and risk.
Coordinate the building safety gateway process with clients and consultants.
Review technical reports and translate recommendations into actions within the delivery plan.
Lead multidisciplinary teams and drive progress, governance and change control.
Maintain senior client relationships and provide proactive reporting and solutions.
