Your Role:

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Be a mentor and role model: Act as a keyworker and inspire positive change in the young people you support
  • Create a safe and welcoming environment: Offer stability and structure to help young people grow
  • Support development: Encourage participation in educational, recreational, and social activities
  • Administer medication when required and assist in their well-being
  • Complete key documentation: Help with care planning, reports, and risk assessments
  • Follow the Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and maintain a high standard of care

Who We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and team skills
  • The ability to stay calm and level-headed in challenging situations
  • A compassionate, caring, and positive attitude - your drive to help others is key!
