Law Staff in London and Brighton is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join a busy Property Department. Based in Hove, Brighton, you will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, delivering high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and under pressure.
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures and property law.
• Excellent client care, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions (freehold/leasehold).
• Handle remortgages, transfers of equity, new build properties and Right to Buy matters.
• Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients and liaise with agents and lenders.
• Draft and review contracts and related documentation; maintain accurate file records.
