CRA Consulting are working with an established law firm in Sheffield to recruit a Managing Associate in Residential Conveyancing. The role offers hybrid working from modern city-centre offices and a salary of £85,000–£110,000 DOE.

This senior appointment focuses on high-value, complex property work, with mentoring responsibility and a pathway to leadership within an established Residential Property team.

Responsibilities

• Residential sales and purchases
• High-value and complex property transactions
• Freehold and leasehold matters
• New-build transactions
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages
• Advising clients on more complex residential property matters
• Supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team
• Developing existing client and introducer relationships
• Helping with the continued growth and development of the department
