• Minimum five years' experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload.
• Ability to independently handle roughly 60–100 live files.
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property transactions.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Supervise and mentor a Conveyancing Assistant.
• Support development of the conveyancing team.
• Build and maintain relationships with local agents, brokers and introducers.
