GerrardWhite is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to take ownership of a full caseload in a specialist property practice in East Sussex. You will manage transactions from instruction to completion, coordinating with clients, lenders and solicitors to ensure smooth progress.

The role requires solid residential conveyancing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality client service while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in residential conveyancing.
• Experience managing files from instruction through completion and post-completion.
• Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confident communication with clients and professionals.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise a busy caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors to progress transactions.
• Prepare and review contracts, title docs, searches and SDLT where required.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients and third parties.
