Gerrard White Consulting seeks an experienced Residential Conveyancer to take ownership of a caseload within a specialist property practice in Battle, East Sussex. You will handle transactions from instruction to completion, working with clients, lenders and other solicitors to ensure smooth progression.

The role requires solid residential conveyancing experience, attention to detail and strong communication skills to provide a proactive client-service approach.

Qualifications

• Solid experience within residential conveyancing.
• Experience managing files from instruction through to completion and post-completion.
• Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confident communication with clients and other professionals.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise a busy caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion and post-completion.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, brokers and other solicitors to progress transactions smoothly.
• Prepare and review contracts and title documentation.
• Raise and respond to property enquiries and order/review searches.
• Prepare reports on title and mortgage matters and manage post-completion duties.
• Ensure AML, ID and due diligence checks are completed and maintain proactive client communication.
