Job summary

Sills & Betteridge LLP is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its Sheffield team. You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload and act as a key contact for clients, agents, lenders and third parties to progress transactions efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven residential conveyancing experience and ability to manage matters from instruction to completion.
• Strong client-care and communication skills are essential.
• Experience in a regulated legal environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Act as main point of contact for clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice and ensure transactions progress to completion.
• Liaise with agents and lenders and manage files, deadlines and workload.
