CRA Consulting is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer based in Doncaster to join a respected property team. You will manage a varied caseload including freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages, and equity transfers, contributing to a supportive and collaborative environment with clear professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner or equivalent experience in residential conveyancing.
• Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent client care skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Organised with strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Dealing with new build and shared ownership transactions where required.
• Reviewing titles, searches, and raising enquiries.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors throughout the transaction.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering excellent client care.
