Job summary

Ison Harrison Solicitors in Doncaster are recruiting a residential property Conveyancer/Executive to join our Doncaster office on a full-time basis. You will manage a busy sale and purchase caseload from opening to completion, with extensive experience of freehold and leasehold transactions, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will have 4+ years’ experience at a similar level, sound technical conveyancing knowledge, and excellent written and spoken English.

• Ability to manage a busy caseload with accuracy and customer focus.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with matters at all stages from initial instructions to archiving.
• Taking instructions from clients and advising accordingly.
• Obtaining and preparing file documentation.
• Billing files and obtaining monies due to the firm.
• Delegated supervisory responsibilities as required.
• Maintaining legal knowledge and skills.
