Chadwick Nott is recruiting a Residential Conveyancer (2+ PQE) to join a growing property team in Gloucester. You will manage a varied caseload and deliver client-focused service from instruction to completion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE managing a residential property caseload independently.
• Strong technical knowledge across conveyancing matters.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage own residential conveyancing caseload (freehold/leasehold sales/purchases).
• Handle remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Coordinate post-completion work and liaise with clients/agents/mortgage brokers.
• Ensure transactions progress smoothly and provide excellent client service.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support a high-performing team.
