You will manage budgets and pricing, work directly with private clients, architects, and stakeholders, and travel across Dorset, Somerset and Devon as needed.

This senior role offers hybrid working (1–2 days at home), autonomy, and a clear path toward Managing Director within a growing specialist business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-end residential extensions and new builds.
• Strong budgeting, pricing and commercial oversight across multiple projects.
• Confident communicator with clients, architects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Managing high-end residential extensions and new builds from initial meetings through to completion.
• Budgeting, pricing and commercial oversight across multiple projects.
• Client-facing role, liaising with architects and private clients throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Hybrid working available with site travel across Dorset / Somerset / Devon.
