Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd in Maidenhead is seeking a hands-on Senior Architect to lead residential schemes from RIBA 1 through 6. You’ll produce planning submissions, working drawings and detailed technical packages using Revit and AutoCAD, taking projects from concept through to technical delivery on site.

The ideal candidate has ARB/RIBA Part III with 8+ years UK experience, strong Revit/AutoCAD skills and a proven track record in residential design.

Qualifications

• ARB/RIBA Part III qualified Architect with 8+ years UK experience.
• Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills.
• Proven track record in residential design across small-to-large schemes.
• Experience with planning approvals, building regulations and PD rights.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across RIBA Stages 1-6, focusing on Residential schemes.
• Prepare planning submissions and high-quality working drawings and technical packages.
• Coordinate consultants, manage client communication and oversee tender and site stages.
• Ensure compliance with UK planning processes and Building Regulations.
• Collaborate with the studio design team while mentoring junior staff.
