Conrad Consulting Ltd. is seeking a Senior Architect or experienced Project Architect to join our Birmingham studio.

You will lead architectural design and project delivery across RIBA stages, mentor teams, and ensure technical excellence while coordinating with clients and contractors. The role requires ARB/RIBA registration, 5+ years post-qualification experience, strong Revit and BIM capabilities, and a proactive, client-facing approach in a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect with ARB/RIBA.
• 5+ years post-qualification experience.
• Proven ability to run projects from concept to completion.
• Strong knowledge of UK construction methods and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and project coordination across RIBA stages.
• Mentor design teams to ensure technical excellence.
• Oversee contracts and liaise with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Support business development and contribute to project success.
• Promote BIM best practices and Revit proficiency.
• Ensure compliance with UK planning policy and building regs.
• Engage in post-construction activities including Soft Landings.
