Job summary

Morson Group is seeking a Senior Architect in the UK to lead multiple residential projects from inception to delivery. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, lead client meetings and drive design excellence with a focus on placemaking and sustainable, net-zero ambitions.

The role requires strong leadership, Revit proficiency and a track record of delivering complex residential schemes within a design-focused practice. Hybrid working and a supportive culture are offered.

Qualifications

• RIBA Part 3 qualified with substantial post-qualification experience.
• Experience delivering residential projects from concept through to completion.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple residential projects from concept through to completion.
• Manage projects to deliver on time, budget and quality.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Lead client meetings and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to their development.
• Support business development and bids for new opportunities.
• Represent the practice in industry engagement and project delivery.
