Job summary

Morson Group seeks an experienced Senior Healthcare Architect to join its growing architectural team. You will lead on healthcare projects from concept to completion, collaborating with senior designers and technical specialists to deliver high-quality architectural solutions and advance your professional development.

The role emphasizes design leadership, technical excellence, and building strong client relationships while contributing to the growth of the practice on large-scale healthcare

Qualifications

• Educated to RIBA Part 3 level with 5–10 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in primary and community healthcare sectors.
• Design-led practice with strong project delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and manage meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead client briefings and translate requirements into design proposals.
• Manage multiple projects from inception to completion with client satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Develop initial design concepts and progress to detailed design with a project team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, providing design leadership.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and communicate ideas clearly.
• Contribute to bids and help secure new projects.
• Prepare and coordinate design submissions, drawings, plans and specifications.
• Deliver high-quality drawings and presentations showing design evolution.
• Foster positive working relationships and contribute to practice profile.
