We are looking for an exceptional senior research nurse to join the Skin Research Team within the Oncology and Haematology Clinical Trials (OHCT) team. This post provides clinical leadership for our expanding research portfolio and supports the team in delivering high-quality research.
The successful candidate will work alongside the Team Lead, responsible for identifying suitable patients for clinical trials through clinics and MDT meetings, participating in informed consent, and coordinating the research pathway from screening to trial closure.
Applicants must be registered adult nurses with ongoing professional development, NHS clinical research experience, and a strong clinical background. Essential skills include excellent communication, multitasking, independent working, and managing a patient caseload across various research studies.
OHCT is part of the Haematology Directorate, managing over 200 trials covering solid tumours, haematological malignancies, and non-malignant diseases, including early phase studies and ECMC involvement.
