Senior Consultant Specialising within the UK primary care sector!

Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) / Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP)

Location: Remote (Training Practice based in London)

Hours: Full Time or Part Time (3 to 5 days per week)

Type: Permanent

This is a remote role; however, you will be required to attend the practice for a second-stage interview.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (or Advanced Clinical Practitioner) to join a forward-thinking training practice.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct clinical assessments, diagnoses, and develop management plans.
2. Prescribe medications independently in line with current guidelines.
3. Manage acute and chronic conditions with a focus on holistic care.
4. Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
5. Utilise System 1 effectively to maintain accurate patient records.
6. Contribute to the training and development of staff within the practice.

Requirements:

1. Qualified ANP or ACP with prescribing rights.
2. Experience working in primary care.
3. Proficiency with System 1.
4. Salary range of £55,000 to £65,000.
5. Flexible working patterns (full time or part time).

7. Work remotely with occasional on-site requirements for interviews.
