We’re looking for a creative, curious, and strategic thinker to join a small, high-performing team in London as a Senior Manager in strategic, brand-focused qualitative research. With strong growth underway, there’s a real opportunity here to shape projects, run with ideas, and make a meaningful impact.
You’ll take the lead on multi-market and complex qualitative projects from set-up to delivery, partnering with some of the world’s most-loved brands. This role is ideal for someone who loves uncovering powerful insights, crafting strong, strategic recommendations, and delivering real value to clients.
Ethnography, semiotics, and cultural trends work all support the qualitative work, and strong writing and storytelling skills are essential. You’ll be encouraged to share your ideas, push boundaries, and be part of shaping the future of the UK business.
You should bring at least 5 years of experience in qualitative research, with a solid background in brand strategy, positioning, or innovation. A commercial mindset and the ability to think independently while working collaboratively will go a long way. If you’ve written proposals or pitched ideas, that’s a bonus!
