We’re seeking a creative, curious, and strategic thinker to join a small, high-performing team in London as a Senior Manager in strategic, brand-focused qualitative research. With strong growth underway, there’s a real opportunity to shape projects, innovate, and make a meaningful impact.
You’ll lead multi-market and complex qualitative projects from initiation to delivery, partnering with some of the world’s most-loved brands. This role is ideal for someone passionate about uncovering insights, crafting strategic recommendations, and delivering value to clients.
Experience with ethnography, semiotics, and cultural trends supports the qualitative work, and strong writing and storytelling skills are essential. You will be encouraged to share ideas, push boundaries, and influence the future of the UK business.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in qualitative research, with a solid background in brand strategy, positioning, or innovation. A commercial mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are important. Experience in proposal writing or pitching ideas is a plus!
