Salary: Up to £55k + Bonus

A pioneering & well-established healthcare & pharma research consultancy is seeking a Senior Research Manager to join their growing organization.

You will work on influential, insight-led programs that inform key decisions for global clients in the pharma, medical, & life sciences sectors. Topics include oncology, product development, D&I studies, behavioral science, innovation, market entry, and more.

About the Role:

• Manage high-impact healthcare/pharma market research studies from briefing to insight delivery.
• Lead survey design, data analysis, focus groups, & storytelling for pharma & life sciences clients.
• Coordinate with internal & external teams to ensure smooth research processes.
• Present strategic recommendations influencing major business decisions.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in quantitative or qualitative research within healthcare or pharma.
