About The Company

Since 2015, they've been challenging traditional research methods, using behavioural economics and advanced statistical analysis to help brands make better business decisions. The Day-to-Day
No two days are the same, but your role will include:
Designing and running research projects—from proposals to debriefs
Managing a mix of ad hoc and continuous studies, covering product testing, pricing, brand tracking, and more
Analysing quantitative data to uncover compelling insights for clients
Managing key client accounts—from global coffee brands to UK tourist attractions
Overseeing budgets, resources, and internal teams
Mentoring junior team members as the company continues to grow
The Ideal Candidate
? You’re a natural problem solver – You don’t just crunch numbers; you tell stories with data.
? You have at least 4 years of agency experience – You’re comfortable running projects independently.
? You thrive in a small team – You enjoy working collaboratively but can also manage projects solo.
? You’re commercially savvy – You understand what insights actually matter to businesses.
? You have a solid grasp of quantitative research methods – Experience with conjoint analysis or MaxDiff is a huge plus!
? You’re detail-oriented and great with clients – You can manage accounts, present findings, and ensure projects run smoothly.
