Be part of a close-knit, supportive team – Our small but mighty team values collaboration, work-life balance, and continuous learning.

About The Company

Our client is an independent research agency with a reputation for delivering smart, commercial insights. Since 2015, they've been challenging traditional research methods, using behavioural economics and advanced statistical analysis to help brands make better business decisions. With a strong focus on FMCG and retail, they work with household names, tackling everything from new product development to advertising effectiveness.

Based in Brixton, the company offers hybrid working (office/home mix), a relaxed and inclusive culture, and some fantastic perks—think European Christmas parties and health insurance!

The Day-to-Day

No two days are the same, but your role will include:

Designing and running research projects—from proposals to debriefs

Managing a mix of ad hoc and continuous studies, covering product testing, pricing, brand tracking, and more

Analysing quantitative data to uncover compelling insights for clients

Managing key client accounts—from global coffee brands to UK tourist attractions

Overseeing budgets, resources, and internal teams

Mentoring junior team members as the company continues to grow

The Ideal Candidate

You have at least 4 years of agency experience – You’re comfortable running projects independently.

You thrive in a small team – You enjoy working collaboratively but can also manage projects solo.

You’re commercially savvy – You understand what insights actually matter to businesses.

You have a solid grasp of quantitative research methods – Experience with conjoint analysis or MaxDiff is a huge plus!

You’re detail-oriented and great with clients – You can manage accounts, present findings, and ensure projects run smoothly.
