Salary: £43,800 - £58,800
Location: Cambridge UK, with hybrid working (minimum 2 days a week in the office)
Contract: Fixed term (12 months), Full Time (35 hours per week)

About the role
This is a12-month fixed-termposition to cover parental leave. Depending on your areas of expertise, as a Senior Research Manager, you will lead research projects related to one or several areas, such as language test development and validation, digital product innovation, automarking and automated feedback, adaptive learning, learning analytics, and automated content generation. You will also play a key role in successfully communicating research to both internal and external stakeholders.

A doctoral degree in one of the abovementioned areas. Prior research experience in AI-supported language learning and/or assessment. A track record of publications and conference presentations in education, applied linguistics, language learning, language assessment or a related field.
