Job summary

Cambridge University Press & Assessment is recruiting a Senior Research Manager for the Education Futures and Research Directorate. The role focuses on AI developments, research leadership, and delivering evidence to shape products, services and processes.

You will manage complex projects, guide researchers, and contribute to strategic research programmes while collaborating across International and UK Education offerings in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Expertise in AI developments and their implications for education.
• Strong research capability using qualitative, quantitative and/or mixed-methods approaches.
• Experience designing, directing and delivering substantial and complex research projects.
• Background or experience within education or an educational context.

Responsibilities

• Design, direct and execute substantial and complex research projects.
• Lead research efforts focused on International and UK Education offerings.
• Supervise clusters of research projects; guide consultants and researchers.
• Contribute to Research Team strategy and develop research programmes.
• Represent the organisation with reports, papers, blogs and presentations.
