About the role:

The Impact of Your Role

As a Senior Research Executive within Ipsos' Global Syndicated Healthcare Services, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality research and insights to global healthcare clients. Your work will directly impact client business decisions, contributing to their understanding of the healthcare landscape and enabling informed choices based on robust data and analysis.

You will work on the Global Therapy Monitors, leading syndicated research studies providing real-world patient data combined with healthcare professional perspectives across over 30 diseases globally. You will also contribute to other syndicated research exploring pharmaceutical promotional impact, patient experiences, and healthcare trends. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in specific therapy areas and contribute to business growth.

Your Day to Day

These are typical tasks, though responsibilities may vary as Ipsos is a dynamic organization:

  • Client Collaboration: Understand client challenges and research objectives, support team leaders in maintaining relationships, communicate updates, and present research findings. Handle straightforward client requests and present report sections as appropriate.
  • Study Management: Collaborate on all research aspects, from questionnaire design to data analysis and reporting.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop insightful reports and presentations, manage complex analyses, and contribute to client deliverables with interpretations and recommendations.
  • Presenting to clients: Participate in discussions to identify key findings and craft compelling narratives for presentations.
  • Business Development: Assist with proposals and pitches to support growth.
  • Continuous Development: Stay updated on industry trends and enhance research skills.

Ipsos UK offers a hybrid working environment, with 3 days in the office and the rest from home.

About You

Key knowledge and skills include:

  • A background in healthcare market research or pharmaceuticals is preferred but not essential. Passion for healthcare and developing expertise in therapy areas are important.
  • Experience in quantitative market research, ideally in a consultancy or agency setting with client interaction.
  • Proficiency in quantitative research methodologies and developing/reviewing research materials.
  • Experience in drafting impactful, clear reports meeting client objectives.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI in research is a plus.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, able to present complex info clearly.
  • Strong analytical skills to extract insights and make actionable recommendations.
  • Data visualization skills to present data engagingly.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Effective time management and project planning.
  • Client development and management skills.
