Senior Renewal Managers are key members of the Customer Success organization and are central to the retention strategy at Entrust. As a Senior Renewal Manager, you will focus on named and strategic accounts in a specific geographic area. This is a highly visible and impactful role where you will engage with customers to discuss renewal options, address concerns or objections, collaborate with sales, customer success, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth renewals, often negotiating terms and pricing. You will also analyze data to identify opportunities and risks, strategize on retention efforts, and maintain an accurate rolling forecast of renewals within your territory.

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, drive, and lead all commercial aspects associated with customer renewals and bring renewals to a close.
  2. Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure a successful renewal cycle for Entrust customers.
  3. Engage directly with customers and manage a portfolio of renewals to ensure successful, on-time execution.
  4. Negotiate and administer renewal contracts in partnership with legal, finance, and deal desk teams, aligning with customer goals.
  5. Be accountable for all inquiries related to customer renewals, including interpreting and restating contractual obligations.
  6. Qualify and properly disposition renewals using the Command of the Message framework.
  7. Discover and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities upon contract renewal to maximize customer growth.
  8. Engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and address roadblocks, securing ongoing partnerships.
  9. Maintain and report an accurate rolling 180-day forecast of renewals within your territory, meeting or exceeding renewal quotas.
  10. Manage renewal opportunities and ensure current, accurate documentation in Salesforce CRM.
  11. Cultivate customer retention by applying the Entrust renewal engagement playbook to achieve optimal business outcomes.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience in renewals management, sales, customer success, or customer-focused account management; preferably within an Enterprise SaaS organization.
  2. Solid understanding of Identity Verification, Enterprise SaaS applications, or Enterprise Technology Services.
  3. A proven track record of quota attainment and achieving personal and team goals.
  4. Success in creating new processes and frameworks in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Strong oral and written English communication skills.
