Job summary

Sureserve Group in the UK is seeking a Senior Renewable Energy Service Engineer to maintain, repair and optimise renewable energy systems across a variety of sites.

The role demands a strong technical background, problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering excellent service to clients in the social housing and commercial sectors. You will work with the engineering team to improve system performance and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications.
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points).
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
• Ability to work with a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair renewable energy systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Conduct site assessments and audits to evaluate system efficiency and recommend improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime for clients.
• Provide training and support to clients on the operation and maintenance of their renewable energy systems.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop innovative solutions for system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and report on system performance.

Role

We are seeking a Senior Renewable Energy Service Engineer to join our dynamic team.

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, and repair of renewable energy systems, ASHP, GSHP, MVHR, EAHP & Solar systems
• This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem‑solving abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.
• Service, maintain, and repair renewable energy systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

The successful candidate will have

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications

• Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service
• The ability to work with a diverse customer base
