Job summary

Sureserve Group is seeking a Senior Renewable Energy Service Engineer to maintain, repair, and optimise renewable systems including ASHP, GSHP, MVHR, EAHP and solar solutions across the Reading area. You will deliver high‑quality service with safety and compliance at the forefront.

The successful candidate will hold ACS gas qualifications, a full UK driving licence, and proven customer‑facing experience. Sureserve offers a competitive package and extensive staff benefits including pension, life

Qualifications

Valid ACS and other gas qualifications.
Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points).
Experience in Social Housing desirable, but not essential.
Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
Ability to work with a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

Service, maintain, and repair renewable energy systems, ensuring safety and performance.
Conduct site assessments and audits to evaluate efficiency and recommend improvements.
Troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime for clients.
Provide training and support to clients on operation of their renewable energy systems.
Collaborate with engineering to develop system enhancements.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of service activities and report on system performance.
