Job summary
Rimkus seeks an experienced Construction Delay Director to lead delay analysis and scheduling for complex construction projects. You will provide expert reports, oversee delay claims, and support legal proceedings related to project delays.
You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and project managers, shaping methodologies, pricing, and risk management while delivering testimony when required. Remote work is supported with international travel opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate of higher education from a recognised institution.
- Achievement of at least one construction professional membership (ICE, CIOB, PMP).
- For Construction Expert Witness, at least one legal professional membership (CIArb, Academy of Expert, Expert Witness Institute).
- For Construction Expert Witness, a postgraduate degree in Construction Law, Arbitration or related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Lead delay analysis and project scheduling for complex construction projects.
- Prepare expert reports and provide testimony when required.
- Manage commissions, resourcing, pricing strategy and risk across multiple projects.
- Develop and maintain client relationships and lead business development initiatives.
