A specialist consultancy in construction claims is seeking a Delay Analyst to work remotely from anywhere in the UK. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in delay analysis and be proficient in using planning software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Responsibilities include conducting delay investigations and preparing reports for dispute resolutions. A strong educational background in construction is preferred.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience as a construction project planner or engineer.
Experience in resolving construction disputes preferred.
Excellent team working skills and ability to work autonomously.
Responsibilities
Conduct forensic investigation of project delays.
Prepare perspective and retrospective delay analyses.
Prepare written reports for negotiation and dispute resolution.
