Senior Construction Delay Analyst – Arbitration Reports

Job summary

Secretariat is seeking a skilled delay analyst to join its Construction Delay Team. You will review schedules, drawings, reports and weather data to identify the causes of cost and schedule overruns on large projects worldwide.

The role requires a degree in engineering, five years' post-graduate experience, and proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with familiarity of MS Project, Asta Powerproject or Primavera. Willingness to travel up to 15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• At least five years’ post-graduate work experience, ideally in engineering & construction.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience using planning software such as MS Project, Asta Powerproject or Primavera is an advantage.
• Fluency in another language is preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed (generally under 15% of the time but may vary).
• Flexible and able to work as a member of a team
