Job summary

Orkney Islands Council is seeking a Relief Senior Social Care Worker to support Older People's Care Facilities (Kirkujvagr House, Smiddybrae House, Hamnavoe House). Role includes supervising staff, ensuring quality care and deputising for the Registered Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising or leading care staff is advantageous.
• Knowledge of care standards and PVG/Disclosure requirements is essential.

• Deputise for the Registered Manager when required.
