Job summary

Jackalope Digital LLC is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to own reliability, qualification and life-testing across hardware development programmes within our Manufacturing team. You will collaborate with engineering, product, manufacturing and external partners to define reliability requirements and ensure robust evidence meets deployment standards.

This senior role requires hands-on analysis, supplier engagement and clear communication with stakeholders across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Significant industrial experience in semiconductor/electronics hardware reliability.
• Strong understanding of reliability testing, life testing and product qualification principles.
• Ability to transform test data into actionable engineering conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reliability and qualification plans for semiconductor-based hardware.
• Define reliability testing at component, assembly and product levels.
• Plan and oversee life-test and qualification activities.
• Analyse reliability data and translate results into engineering recommendations.
• Review test results and identify trends and failure mechanisms.
• Produce professional reliability reports for internal and customer use.
