Job summary

Matchtech, a recognised technology and defence leader, seeks a Senior Product Test Engineer to join our electronics team in the UK. You will work on high-reliability products, performing test at component level, debugging and presenting data to cross-functional teams.

The role blends electronic test engineering with manufacturing-support duties, requiring experience in electronics manufacturing, fault finding, and design for test. A security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics or electronics-manufacturing testing and fault finding.
• Ability to present data to teams.
• Experience with high-reliability electronics products.
• Mentor other staff e.g. diagnostic technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead test lifecycle activities for products.
• Diagnose faults and drive corrective actions.
• Support manufacturing projects with test and DFM/DFT implementations.
• Mentor diagnostic technicians and other staff.
