PDSVISION UK is seeking an experienced Senior Reliability Engineer to join our Reliability & Systems Engineering team, supporting high-profile projects within the UK nuclear sector. Initially, you will focus on strategic programmes, contributing to reliability activities and influencing design decisions.

This role offers hybrid working with offices in Cambridge and Manchester, opportunities to mentor colleagues, and access to industry-leading tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in Reliability/Systems Engineering or related field.
• Proven ability to apply FMEA, FTA, FRACAS and RAM analyses.
• Experience interacting with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reliability analyses for complex systems.
• Lead RAM activities across projects.
• Facilitate workshops to develop reliability strategies.
• Develop reliability requirements and verification activities.
• Produce technical reports and client deliverables.
• Manage work packages, budgets and schedules.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and grow capability.
• Support business development and proposals.
