Nourish is seeking a Release Manager to ensure new features reach customers with high quality and clear communication. This role sits at the intersection of R&D and GTM, coordinating across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align on release plans and customer impact.

You will own beta programs, define release criteria, and drive readiness activities with a customer-first mindset. Hybrid work from Bournemouth is available.

Qualifications

• Established experience in Release Management, Programme Management, or Product Operations within SaaS or software.
• Strong instinct for the customer experience of a release and its impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Define and own release readiness criteria to ensure quality and customer experience.
• Embed quality gates into the release lifecycle with clear sign-off before go-live.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, GTM) and manage beta/EAP programs.
• Own end-to-end management of Beta and Early Adopter Programs, including onboarding and feedback synthesis.
• Ensure release notes, rollout plans, and documentation are accurate and accessible.
