About this role:

The Strategic Accounts team has successfully grown over the past 18 months to become a vital component of our strategic objectives within the UK. In recent years, the food delivery industry has experienced unprecedented growth and transformation, and Just Eat has evolved to meet new industry parameters, customer behaviors, and competitors. We are looking for a Strategic Account Executive to lead and support this growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of restaurant accounts, ensuring long-term growth and success.
  • Analyze data to optimize partner performance, maximize revenue, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive strategic growth aligned with mutual success.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and drive partner success.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in key account management and business development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategies.
  • Experience leading QBRs and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent relationship management skills and influencing abilities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for the food and hospitality industry and understanding of market trends.
