Santander UK is seeking a Relationship Director in Aberdeen to manage a portfolio of corporate clients, drive growth, and ensure governance and risk controls are embedded. You will lead client relationships, balance risk and reward, and collaborate across Corporate and Commercial Banking.

The role demands strategic leadership, expert credit analysis, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experience within a hybrid working pattern in Aberdeen.

Qualifications

• Experience developing growth strategies for a Corporate Bank.
• Proven credit and financial crime risk experience.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality client experience.
• Experience managing a portfolio of corporate businesses.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, analytical, and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver a growth strategy for corporate clients and intermediaries.
• Provide clients with an outstanding experience and timely interventions.
• Embed a strong risk culture across the portfolio.
