Just Group plc in London is seeking a data‑driven Reinsurance Operations Analyst to oversee monthly and annual reinsurance data processing, collating and distributing materials to stakeholders and reinsurers, and supporting audit requirements. You will train colleagues, work with Technical Analysts, and help develop scalable processes to improve data quality and efficiency across the DB Reinsurance area.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to use Excel to manage large data sets and VBA
• Technical understanding of Defined Benefit pensions
• Experience with DB Pensions administration or TPAs
• Ability to improve processes while balancing project work
• Strong communication for cross-team training and knowledge sharing

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly and annual reinsurance data processing and distribution
• Administer reinsurance treaties and support audit requirements
• Drive data quality improvements and scalable process changes
• Support Reinsurance Pricing with data cleansing materials and live reporting transitions
• Train and share reinsurance knowledge across the DB team
